North Platte Giving Day is a 24-hour fundraising event during which donors specify which participating local nonprofits to help and how much to give. It is typically held on the first Wednesday in May.

North Platte Giving Day is the BEST time to help community causes! Donors can help their favorite nonprofits win cash prizes and earn matching prizes just by donating.

100% of each donation goes to donor-selected nonprofits. Mid-Nebraska Community Foundation covers all donation processing and campaign costs.

Anyone with a credit card or debit card and access to the internet can donate with a minimum donation of $10. Donors can also deliver or mail checks to Mid-Nebraska Community Foundation, 121 North Dewey St., Suite 112, PO Box 1321, North Platte, NE 69103.

All donations are fully tax-deductible. Mid-Nebraska Community Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, will disburse donations to the nonprofit organizations specified by donors.
